Garlic Tomato confit
Calling all garlic and bread lovers!
Enjoy the confit straight from the oven paired with crispy sourdough bread and condiments of your choice.
Method
Place peeled garlic cloves, cherry tomatoes and rosemary stalks in a pan. Pour olive oil to halfway cover the garlic and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake on 150 for an hour. Enjoy!

Confit is incredible as is, straight out the oven paired with fresh and crispy bread. Pair with hummus, cheeses ect.
Use confit it to flavour soups, pastas; serve alongside steak as a condiment or bake out salmon topped with confit. Confit is incredibly versatile flavour bomb.
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to one week.
