We offer free shipping Australia wide on all orders above $45. Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat rate of $15.
For international orders, standard postage will be calculated at checkout based on location and the relevant postage rates. For international express postage please email hello@rendrthelabel.com.au for an individualised quote. Please note. Cushion inserts are sold for delivery within Australia only.
Our team will have your order shipped 1-4 business days after the order is placed and a confirmation email will be sent with the relevant tracking information.
Please note that all orders are sent using tracking to ensure it is successfully delivered to the address specified on the order. Third party providers are used to handle the delivery of our products. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept liability for any loss or damage of the products caused by actions of the parties responsible for the delivery of the products.

ReturnsÂ
Rendr products are quality pieces of impeccable craftsmanship. We proudly stand behind our products and are sure you will fall in love with your purchase.
Rendr offers change of mind returns for all full priced items, subject to the following conditions.
Conditions:
- All product(s) being returned must be unused with tags attached, and in the original condition they were in when they were provided to you.
- Rendr accepts change of mind returns, with the return process being initiated within 30 days of the order being received. To open a return request, please email hello@rendrthelabel.com.au with your order number within the 30 day period to request a return. A return slip will be emailed with the full return instructions.
- Rendr does not cover any costs associated with the shipping of returned goods; this is to be at the customer’s expense. Rendr will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns. We highly suggest shipping the returned goods with tracked postage. Shipping costs that were paid in the initial order are non-refundable.
- Once the return has been received and assessed, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Change of mind returns will not be accepted for sale or promoted products. Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Change of mind returns are not accepted for custom products.
- Change of mind returns are not accepted for Rendr event hire bookings 30 days prior to the event.
